Set out below are the terms on which Monika Advanced Aesthetics provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.
- All clients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
- All clients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment. This is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
- All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
- Patient information will not be shared with third parties without your written permission, and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
Due to the nature or non-surgical and non-invasive treatments that we offer, we cannot guarantee results. Results will vary from person to person. Factors such as lifestyle, medical history and age can affect your results and the longevity of results. The results shown are from clients and are typical, however the results are not guaranteed.
Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
This website provides information regarding all the treatments that we provide. It is intended to assist individuals to make an informed decision about the treatments that we offer. We do not offer medical advice or diagnose any medical condition.
Appointments can be made by text, email, phone, messenger or via the website contact page. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please note you cannot be seen any earlier than your allotted time and there is no waiting area currently at the clinic. There is parking on the road next to the clinic with no parking restrictions in place.
Deposit and Cancellations
Our aesthetic consultations are complementary; however we take a small deposit to secure the time slot. Should you not wish to go ahead with the suggested treatment your deposit will be refunded.
Deposits are charged as follows:
- £25 for appointments up to 30 mins,
- £50 for appointments of up to an hour,
- £75 for appointments of up to 90 minutes and
- £100 for appointments of up to 2 hours
For cancellations, please contact us within 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel within the 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
Failure to not arrive for an appointment without notifying us will result in complete loss of the treatment from your treatment plan.
Deposits are non refundable. In the event of timely cancellation, deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following 12 months of inactivity, Monika Advanced Aesthetics reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
Special Offers or discounted pricing quotes are valid until stated on offer or for 3 months from quotation only.
Courses of treatments
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.
Prepaid treatments and treatment plans are strictly non-refundable. In case of a change in suitability, a credit note or gift voucher will be offered. Any credit agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you as a credit on account. Cancelled treatments will not be refunded as cash.
Gift Vouchers that have been purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, they are valid for 12 months. When booking your appointment please state the voucher number when booking the appointment and bring your gift voucher to your appointment.
Refusal of Treatment
We have the unlimited right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client. We specifically reserve the right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client who provides information or medical evidence relating to a contra-indicatory condition.
We will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that we offer to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides us with all relevant medical history and information about pre-existing medical conditions before each treatment.
We will not be liable for any damage, including personal injury, sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. By having a treatment, the client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by or on behalf of the Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit our liability for death or any personal injury resulting from our proven negligence.
We aim to exceed all our clients’ expectations and provide them a first-class service and an enjoyable experience. However, we recognise that sometimes things go wrong. The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to contact us either by telephone or email. We will listen carefully to your concerns and do what we can to correct any problems and provide a suitable solution.
